Bourque has had every chance to prove he earned his callup, he has not. Compounding this is how ineffective he has been while on the PP. The two penalties tonight just pound the point home. Bourque has played 16 games, same as Hamill last year and done the same...Nothing!
Now I see Bourque getting preferential treatment as his butte should be nailed to the bench just like Seguin when he made mistakes. Marchand the same, got minutes taken away when he was commuting up the 128.
Time to make a change.
This is the shocking part and runs contrary to the Julien model. What has CB done to "earn" such responsibility; regular shift, premium PP Time, not mention playing the point on the PP?
CJ doesn't do this...with anyone...except Chris Bourque. -

I agree that this was a terrible pass. The thing that kills me about this place's negativity towards him is that the play directly preceeding it was pretty darn good. Laying out to keep the puck in was great. He just follow a gold star with a boober, so all people talk about is the boober.At least we know that if he gets moved or demoted, everyone here will be vindicated and I'll have to create the thread of shame.
