Disagree.  Horton looks like an athlete in decline, at least to me.

I think it more a cynical act of self preservtation for that next contract. It benefits him but not the team, unfortuntately. Very sad state of affairs...

I thought he was OK tonight. You guys are just being mean drunks:)

    lol...guilty as charged!

But seriously, the guy is just not physically or emotionally engaged which would be fine if he were producing...but he is not. In fact, he is going out of his way to be non-physical for the most part. I am with Shupe on this, the more I watch him this season, the more I could care less if he is around.

I admit that lately I've been growing used to the idea that he probably won't be back.

Definitely would not be the worst thing in the world, considering his output, Dez.

Claude, please don't consider Khudobin Wednesday.

    He wouldn't dare would he?

    I'll ask Stanley.

Horton re-signed for 3rd line money is not a bad thing.

He appears to be getting weaker, certainly the Horton of 2 years ago would have won some of the puck battles he lost tonight.

I don't think he's recovered from the head injury yet - and if he does fully recover I'm going to guess it's not going to be for another year or 2

    I have the same feeling.

Fat seemed to get his mojo back the second half of the game, hope it continues for the entire game against the tripping daisies.

Wasn't the beatdown or inspired game I expected.  I know there were plenty of chances on O, but looked like it had a lot more to do with the Leafs' spotty D.

Take the W, take an awoken Looch, and get worked up for the Habs.

But, Horton is really, really just disappearing......

Should we start calling him NATHAN HOUDINI or NATHAN HORTINI?

Bergeron and Marchand aren't even on the same line tonight and they're still showing up on the score sheet together.

Julien put the top two line combos back together late in the game.

Give Chara credit -- Hell bent on carrying this team on his back. Didn't backfire tonight.

Not a perfect game but somewhat impressed with some decent work by Johnson tonight.

Looking forward to Habs vs Pens tomorrow night -- Hate to admit it but two really good teams.

Iginla to Bruins -- Sounds interesting depending on how much PC is willing to give up

How are guys like Boyle rumored to go to Rangers? How can this team possibly have any cap space left with all the big contracts out there?

Yep, thought Bartkowski did okay also.
