Time for a glass of leftover wine from the family Easter gathering.....this team is killing me.

Lucic hasn't been called for a penalty in 44 periods!

I don't want him in the box for tripping, but a roughing call sure would be nice.

Wow...no scoring or raging. What the hell is he doing out there?

Maybe CJ will motivate the team for the second period. Or maybe they are waiting for their patented "get behind by two goals" strategy to kick it into gear?

Agree Vanek is out which should help but if they do not pick up pace it will not matter in the least.

I'm still shell shocked from the flyers game where the B's got out played by a mid-level AHL defenive corps.

Watch, I can honestly say I don't remember a great passing game from the Bruins yet this year. The Bruins have seemed a bit out of sync even in their wins. The passes have been just inches off all year. I'm hoping they can get that straightened out by the playoffs. They need to make shorter passes for starters.

dez, earlier in the season I thought the Bruins' exit passes out of their own end seem to be brisk, accurate in their execution of hitting a player already in stride between their blue line and center.  That's also all but evaporated lately.  It's as if they're so tight and afraid of making a mistake that proves to be disasterous.

How can a guy like Lucic or Chara lay a big hit anymore with these refs? Legal or not, they're getting called as soon as the refs hear the boards rumble.

Im not sure what the heck is wrong.  Does a earth shattering trade change all this blah.  I know it might be hard to get up for a game against buffalo or philly.  But put a foot on their throat and eliminate them.  Theyve been pains in the past.  Where is this teams pride of late.  Saw lucic  and peverly get dumped in 20 seconds..  campy gets drilled and nothing.  going through the motions.

I don't know Shupe but this lineup knows how to do it. When they're going good they can move the puck from goal line to goal line in 4 passes for a goal. Lately it seems they're trying it in 2 passes instead and it's not working. Forwards need to come back further in the D zone to give the D more options on the breakout. I believe their recent trouble all starts there.

It sure does stand out, no matter which you pick.   Almost all of the other avatars are black and white or muted colors.  Your pastel clown makes it impossible to miss anything you write.

RHO - you're being sarcastic there aren't you?

Lots of penalties called after the whistle - even at the 20:00 mark of the third...

That was no forearm shiver, or push - it was a punch right to the breastbone of Greg Campbell. Gotta call a rough there. It was more than just establishing position, etc.

I love when the clown in the box for bench minors.  Watch for the outlet pass to send him in alone!  Great choice!

Re: Game 34: Bruins at Buffalo GDT

I really like Khudobin as a young prospect, but one thing he really needs to improve upon is his ability to trap and/or freeze the puck quickly.

I have seen too many plays continuing after a shot on goal that probably would have been smothered by Tuukka Rask(and Tim Thomas).

Those kind of 'extra' chances have cost us too many times this year and are unnecessary IMHO.

But I have to say, I have no worries about him making the first stop.

    Big PK so far...

You mentioned this before and it is quite right. Why not stick Seguin in there, its not like he kills penalties either. So shortsighted.
