Jagr has been on the ice for the last 4 Bruin goals.

Wherever he plays and whoever he is with, goals come.

oh grose Renee is back to wearing tight pants again glad I missed that :D

Soon as as the Bs went up 3-0 I knew it was time to log in and watch the comeback Kelv.

Bruins D is swiss cheese right now, they need some Biletnikoff stickum on the stick blade.

No way the Bruins lead if not for Rask's play.

Come on BSL.  Why so negative?

How about:  No way the Bruins lead if not for having sticks.

    Or

No way the Bruins lead if not for being able to have five guys on the ice.

    Or

No way the Bruins lead if not for having sharp skates.

They've been awful lately.  They're playing great.  Let's enjoy it!

Here's your comment, rephrased without the dark cloud:

Rask is making some incredible saves!

    You're right !

Rask has been great and the Bruins forwards are putting it in on their chances.

I shouldn't complain since they hadn't scored in the 1st period, let alone multiple goals, in a long long time.

So very opportunistic  . Canes netminding is horrible since Ward got hurt.

What the Carolina D has been doing is what I want the Bruins D to do more of , pinching and hemming in the team in their own end.  This is what I find is missing the most this season and contributing to their woes on offense.

Remember when the Bruins went on that streak last year ? They would be in the offensive zone for almost a minute at a time . This season they barely stay for 15 seconds.

This is all on Rutherford, Canes in a playoff spot and Ward goes down, trade deadline comes up and he stands pat. You have to try to get Kabibulin or anybody because Ellis who was also hurt and Peters are brutal. On another thought, maybe CJ knows what he is doing after all, Campbells line is smokin'.

Bruins outshot 18-9 in that period and only lead 3-0.

Will things ever go right for this team - ever?

Stanley, don't forget it was Jagr himself who said he had to improve.

RHO, Jagr wasn't very good against the Habs. Some people seem afraid to point out his negatives. He's not perfect though. It's OK if we say it. He looks good again tonight. Playing with Campbell seems to work for him. Go Bruins!

It's just unacceptable, BHab.  Yeah, they are up by three goals, but seriously, I think there was a clearing pass that failed to leave the zone.  Sad attempt at hockey.

Sometimes that's the way it goes. Glad they are up 3 zip. Now they need to tighten up in their own end a bit and seal the deal with another goal or two.

May I suggest it is Marchand and his new-found energy that agrees with Jagr....Campbell is just incidental...

Is it JM? Is it really? Perhaps it's actually a crucial element. Perhaps it's.........aw, forget it. That's all I got.

All true, dez.  I just meant Jagr verbalized his play.  Stanley's right also regarding Julien's message delivery.

Or perhaps Jagr just had a bad game against the Habs.....who knows?

All I can say for certain now is that Jagr seems to be the only consistent offensive threat this team has...even when he is having a bad game.
