Whew, when I swore off watching the Bruins in the third period awhile back, I didnt think it would last indefinitely.

This team has never met a lead it couldnt blow.

Calm down. They never trailed in this game.

Very glad they won, but with NJ down two defensemen it should have been easier

Should have, would have, could have...

Bruins are at the top in the East and have been or near it all season. Just need to get healthy (shuffling lines stinks.)

Can't even try to protect him tonight -- Thornton was really bad.

My imagination -- or has Ference put a couple of decent games together (by his standards)?

Either way -- As usual -- doesn't matter if they are up by a few or down by a couple -- I always keep the defibrillator nearby.

The 5-3 lead didn't seem to get blown tonight.

The 2-0 lead didn't get blown in Buffalo.

The 3-2 lead didn't get blown in Ottawa.

The 1-0 lead didn't get blown vs. NJ.

The 6-2 lead didn't get blown vs. Carolina.

NAS, thanks for 5 exceptions.  But, the Bs' brick and mortar is rarely letting teams back into games. This season it's happening a lot.  I was at the game and this team was up 4-0.  A focused team does not finish 5-4; a focused team does not go 1-4 in the second half of the game.  It is sloppy, especially against a depleted Devils team.  The Devils were DOA and the Bs misuces (Fat Lazy Lucic a big culprit) here made this closer than it should have been.

‘The way the game started was very weird, but we capitalized on our opportunities,’’ said Tyler Seguin, whose third-period goal was the winner. ‘‘After going up 3-0, we definitely took the foot off the gas a little bit and you saw what happened. They came back and almost stole one.’’

Those are five of the last six games!

Every team is different every year.  This team doesn't blow the opponent out of the water.  They still win, however.

Trying to get Lucic untracked with a shot on an empty cage?

Maybe so.  In his 30 goal season, didn't he have something like 5 empty netters.

Actually, there are 26 exceptions so far this season.

To me, the biggest argument in favor of putting Jagr with Krejci is this.  Lucic and Horton really seem to be way too caught up in looking for eachother on the ice.
