Toucher and Rich just tweeted this video, too funny,   blonde is Phanuefs fiance and the brunette is Reimer's sister.

    I'd rather watch them kiss.

ohhh Dezie had a couple cold ones I see.  After the game of course. LOL

They were showing Reimer's Mom and sister for much of the game on CBC and I couldn't stop thinking how hot the sister was considering how goofy Reimer looks and the fact their Mom has a bit of the Broom Hilda thing going on. Yeah, I've had a few.

Great Krejci for all the goals, and Lucic is playing like a beast. Horton a serious threat too. Well if Marchand re-discovers his former self, and Jagr finds any rythm with Pevs, we can be so deep !!

    True on all points.

This probably why PC did not rush to make the 'major' trade this season that many were calling for. As long as our players play to their collective recognized talents, well, as you said we can go deep.

    PC has/had a plan....in PC we trust.

I'm pleased with Rask's career so far and thrilled with the prospect of having him be the first franchise goalie that Boston has seen in decades. Before all the TT lovers chime in, all I mean is that I like the idea of seeing the Bruins with the same goalie for 8-10 years. It seems as if it's been a goaltending carousel in Boston since the 70's. I'd like to see that change with Tuukka.

Couldn't agree with you more.  He's showing he's more than ready to accept the mantle of the Bruins' number one for years to come - and reducing chat pointing to the contrary.  So far it's been a smooth transition from Thomas to Rask.

I didn't check to see who the game stars were but I do know that Rask made a number of difficult saves at crucial moments. Awesome in OT.

OK Carlysle just said Fraser is off to the hospital for ctscan and stitches.

So he's got to be questionable for Friday.

During the CBC telecast, they said he left the rink in street clothes and was walking on his on.  During the press conference, Carlyle said he went to the hospital for a ct scan.

On the HNIC post game segment Elliotte Friedman gave these impressive playoff stats on Krejci:  63 games - 57 points.  There were some impressive GWGs in there also but I can't recall them.

They ran a bit of Carlyle's post game conference in which he described the loss as being like "a dagger after playing so hard."  I would imagine it must feel terrible but under the circumstances better the Leafs experience that pain than the Bruins.

Over the years we have felt that pain too many times. I understand their pain, but no sympathy for them. Next year that might be the Bruins.

WOW. RASK is GREAT. Saved (sorry for the pun) the game many times.

He is so composed. Goaltending is not the worry of this team.

You know what's a lot of fun?  Reading this thread after the game.

I kept thinking "how many points does super sniper Bobby Ryan have vs. Detroit?  How many goals?"  The answer is one goal and three points in four games.

Anyone wish they'd made that trade tonight?  Anyone?  Buehler?

Best part is reading, early on, about how Chara is having a horrible game.  Then he puts up a four point game.
