Anybody remember the last game we threw a bodycheck?

Ask MEAN and JWensik they are keeping track.

They don't have the legs to hit tonight!  Effort is there, legs aren't.  Boychuk had a great hit on Tavares though!  No forechecking

Part of it is the Islanders pinning the Bruins dfense in their own end. Horton and Lucic stinking again tonight.

I hear you, but the fwds are content to sit in the 1-2-2 to save some energy as well.  Understandable

For christ sakes, watching Lucic handle the puck in the defensive zone is like watching an offensive lineman trying to pick up a fumble.

    Hahahahaha !! Can't be more right !

I'll be ok if they lose but avoid any more injuries.  In the overall scheme of things, this game means very little.  Not even close to the roster they'll have for Game 1.

    ugh....bad luck there.

Poor McQuaid, on the ice for both goals so far....

He was horrible before he got injured.... Picking up where he left off....

Thank God this is the last back-to-back, I can feel their pain.  I hope they can find energy the way the habs did to them.

Like Barry Pederson said  the last  of the back2 backs games. That will help a little.

He definitely was not having a career year that is true.....A for effort though.

Doughie may have been the better option tonight....better breakout passes and a little offensive mentality from the back end never hurts.

I really like how this Isles team is constructed. Capuano has them playing very well. I'll root for them over anyone but the B's. Their fans might finally have a reason to contract mesothelioma in the Nauseous Coliseum now.

Let's hope the Bruins decide they want to work harder in the 3rd.

Bruins need to figure out how to play defense again... line shuffling is hard, but figure it out

Nabokov is kicking a lot of juicy rebounds, we just have to pick them up.

Rask has been almost brilliant except for..

Agree on Daug and Seg, wish it was Spooner instead of Caron with him tho

Well Montreal on their way to beating the Sabres, they lead 3-0.  It wouldbe sucha Joke for the Bruins to lose 1st this fast.

Totally agree JW... There's more to this story than Bruins letting on..I think Hamilton is injured and could not go tonite...

When Jagr swept in from the right side moments ago did the aerial view of the Jagr shot show the puck hit Lucic's skateblade on the lip of the crease as it was heading towards the corner of the net then go wide?

Bruins D should be pinching trying to keep the puck in the ofensive zone instead they are so far off the line.  They haven't applied pressure all season !

Definitly hit Lucic skate, but looked like it would go wide anways. If his skate is turned towards the net......it probably banks in.
