C'mon !  what a dumb penalty call on Toews .

Very dumb play on his part. You don't toss a piece of lumber in the air with other people around. Imagine if a player or fan got hit in the eye with that. Broken sticks should be dropped to the ice.

Exactly Dez! Imagine how Toews would feel if he hit some 4 yr old in the face with it.

point is he didn;'t do it on purpose.

BsL, he clearly tossed his stick into the air on purpose. Where it landed was accidental perhaps, but easily avoidable.

Doesn't matter, you're not allowed to throw your stick...Period!

Not a good goal.  The Bruins had a chance to clear the puck out of their end. Who was it that had the puck, gave a Bruin a small (had to use that word) pass that didn't leave the Boston end, starting that whole sequence leading to the goal?

I belive it was Marchand who put Smith in a bad position.

I think Smith is due to score a goal.  I dont remember the last time he scored.

That's it.  It was tight quarters and he couldn't get it out.

Watch how the hawks put their best players on the pp, bruins can learn something from this.

Bad decision making by Marchand but I'll take the bad with the good from him today. He's playing pretty well overall and they need him like this for the playoffs if they're going to succeed.

Brutal play by Soderberg late in the period. That puck has to make it into the offensive zone. Terrible turnover.

He's important to their success and when he's going as he is today and has been over the last while the Bruins are that much better.

The puck bounced over his stick. Nothing to do with his play on the puck whic was the case in New York.

Pretty good overall. Top line is having a rough day... and definately agree Seides needs to be replaced for a deep run.

"Kevan Miller and Milan Lucic leading all skaters with 5 recorded hits apiece"

Just need some more Bruins to pick this up and the Bs will be fine in the 3rd.
