    Hot DIggity Daug..

Daugavins.  When are we going to see him play in a B's uniform.  Was he a healthy scratch last game (so Pandolfo can play?), part of a pending 3-way, or having trouble with his work Visa into the US?  If it is the latter, then why was Jarome able to play; this transaction was after Daugavins?  I guess it is harder if you are from a former Communist block country versus being a Canadian.

Any takers for Jack Edwards using "Hot Diggity Daugavins" when he nets his first goal as a B?

Jack is going to have a field day with this for sure.  He'll come up with something corny none of us thought of.

He has to be better than Pandolfo. At this point, I'm ready to give Chris Bourque another shot. The 3rd line as it is now is just not cutting it.

San, I'm not kidding when I say I'd like to see the Bruins give Sauve another shot. I was a Superfly Jimmy Snuka fan BTW.

Mabe so, but they have to something with that 3rd line until Kelly gets back.

Agree but word from friends in Providence is that Julien and Cassidy just don't like Sauve becuase he didn't work hard enough on his two-way game in 2011 and 2012. Also there is a risk of Rico getting his 4th concussion in a year in a half.

What are you gonna do, Julien likes Caron more but overall talent "Moonlight Graham" Sauve has more than Jordan and the AHL stats show it. I wouldn't be suprised if Max was thrown in on a deadline deal.

PS. mine was Rowdy Roddy Piper! Killer Kowalski's brother was my neighbor for years when I was a kid, fun guy and loved to come out n play with the kids when he visited. Sold software to Iran Shiek's brother in LA two years ago. Same temperament Blah

Has Sauve gotten a prolonged (fair) shot?

One game and he didn't finish the game, that's why I reffered to him as "Moonlight Graham".

I like Sauve, but I also acknowledge that I probably overrate all Bruins prospects.

Last year: I thought that Sauve Spooner Knight was going to be an elite NHL line by 2014.

As usual, CJ's preferences are a bit hard to comprehend - when Krejci went down against the Flyers in 2010, he could have brought up Marchand, but he chose to promote Whitfield, who couldn't hit water from a boat...
I know the B's won a cup with Julien at the helm, but I will never be a big fan of Mr. Defense-first-second-third-and-last.  I think one needs a lot more creativity and imagination to build a team with a great power play and overall offense than to devise some defensive schemes - of course the Bruins have the best PK and the best goals-against while their power play has been simply "scheiße" for years (and it's not just the loss of Savard or the lack of a PMD).
I just wonder how many offensively gifted young kids are wasting their time in the minors just because the B's head coach can't appreciate their talents.
