It seems that the Bruins are

It seems that the Bruins are

meek and certainly not respected by the refs.   A penalty shot for M. Kalamari...
The night before a questionable call on Lucic..CJ is too meek in dealing with the refs.  Certainly his players are.  After a clean hit by PK last night the Bruins should have shown their snowballs and got into the Habs faces.  But no everyone on the Bruins now thinks that they can play and score without the need of being physical.  Even Thornton thinks he is a 30 goal scorer now..

That Penalty shot was not even a penalty.   Wouldn't even get called in my 35 and over non contact Beer league

Jeez it was a bad call

Re: It seems that the Bruins are

    Its simple, really.

The bruins HAVE to start making their 2 minutes in the box worth it...

Lucic chirping from the bench late in the Buf game... And the questionable call for boarding. Thornton with the goalie interference. Campbell with the roughing call.

These are bad penalties and they have absolutely killed this team. And they arent worth the 2 minutes in the box. Kampfer had a very small window of not getting a call on that penalty shot... and his holding call was a rookie move with a guy in the corner.

If you go back to the games they have won.. there is hardly a blemish on the penalty summary. There is a direct correlation between stupid, worthless penalties and winning close games.

They Bruins are WIMPS! They should of fought Jody Shelly after the disgusting McQuaid hit and right now we would be talking about the B's current winning streak.

There is something lacking. At least you hear some desire in from other teams GM or Coach. Dont get me wrong I have liked our moves by management but where is the compete level? You hear Wilson in a press scrum or look at Boudreau on HBO. I would like to have someone on our team come out and speak, at least let the fans know what has gone on in a game or on a certain call is not acceptable to the club. Show us some fire please.

Like I said ...only in Montreal ...that call should be reviewed by the NHL and the referees should get a refresher course on the penalty shot rules ...

Re: It seems that the Bruins are

There is something lacking respect..for each other as a team to stick up for one anolther...respect from the refs..when was the last time CJ argued with a ref for a call..CJ is a great hockey mind and coach but at times he looks and acts more like Homer Simpson..
