All the gms but one of the 12 are posters on this board looking for a gm to take over a team. I am booting a member due to the fact they no longer see it fit to fill out their lineups wich is something that can be done a week in advance. Its a keeper league meaning you can keep 8 players from your roster for next season. Its 20$ us for the league fee. You can pay the league fee by eaither sending it by mail or paying it through pay pal.
