    NBC Schedule

17 national games for the B's.

17 times listening to the whiny old lady and creepy Pierre.  At least Olczyk does a good job.

That's a lot of skittering!  Blah!

The dog days of summer are upon us.

And I've decided the rest of my summer topic thread ideas are too lame, even by dog day standards.

Ha! Well his over the top bombast can make a Coyote-Panther game much more exciting then it really is....

That's the guy. No decorative language. No "Holy Makinaw" babble. Just straight calls.

I like Doc. Yeah the voice can be a bit whiney, but he clearly knows and loves the game. I take a shot of whiskey every time he says "knifes". I usually watch the 3rd period lying on the carpet.

He is a good play-by-play guy for sure, but I really don't like all the obscure stats he throws into the broadcast between whistles(sometimes during play!).

"You know, Boston has played 43 Saturday matinees in the months of November and December and they are 4-32-7 all time...but they are 2-0-0 against Avs/Nordiques."

Some stats are better kept unsaid.
