Bruins are $3.8 Million UNDER the Cap...and are "worst" or "least under" in the entire NHL...the 2nd "least under is more than $8 Million UNDER

The new Cap Number is huge...most teams are $15 Million or so "under".
You're gonna see lots of wild spending just as you already have with Wides, Crosby, Jon Quick, etc etc
