Now That's Good Cap Management!

The Blues re-signed Perron and now have their full roster locked up. The thing is, they are below the cap floor:
Now they are going to have to find a way to get to the floor......crazy considering this was a team that won their division and had the third best record in the league last season.
Edit: they haven't signed Oshie yet. However, Capgeek has Schwartz and Tarasenko in their calculations. So when Oshie (an RFA) signs for a likely $3.5 to $4 million per season and both Shwartz and Tarasenko ar taken of the list the Blues will still be below the cap floor.
