"The Flames should feel confident about extending their home point streak given that the Bruins haven't won in Calgary since Oct. 18, 1997, losing four games with a tie since." - TSN

Was surprised when I saw this.  I knew that the Bruins struggled against the Wild, but I had no idea that it had been so long since the B's had won in Calgary.

Is tonight the night that the Flames dominance at home vs. Boston ends?

Nothing that happened that long ago has any bearing on tonight's game.

While I agree with your statement,I find it strange how the numbers play out sometimes. The Habs, for instance, hadn't won in Edmonton in 8 years I believe it was so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when the Oilers extended the streak last weekend.
