Peter Chiarelli has to make a BIG trade now...no choice

After losing Nathan Horton, Rick Peverley, Shawn Thornton and now Boychuck ...we dont have the choice ....lets make a big trade : Sam Gagner, Chris Stewart, Iginla ....a BLOCKBUSTER TRADE ...no other choice

If only we could get a player that can help us right now ..I would even consider trading Krejci for a player like Sam Gagner .....I would also love Chris Stewart or Iginla ...

Relax, Peverley and Manchuk will be back before the playoffs.

No need to trade away the farm and all our picks, we just need some depth.

I would love to see Bryan Allen and one of PA Parenteau/David Jones

    100% disagree.

Bruins should not give up any young assets for overpriced over valued mediocre talent. Stay in the Cup hunt for years as opposed to slightly increasing your chances for this season.

I say to day is a BIG day for the team's future and for the Stanley Cup ..I predicted in Sept 2010 ...3 Stanley Cups in a row to the B's but with the injured players that keep adding up (Pev-Horton-Boychuk-Thornton) My prediction doesnt look good ...PC has to do a Blockbuster trade in order to change the chemistry and give theB's a chance to have another run at their 2nd Stanley Cup in a row ..

Krejci for Gagner completely invalidates your argument.  Before his 8 point game and crazy run while filling in for RNH, Gagner wasn't producing.  He hasn't paid dividends at all for the perennially bottom-five Oilers.  And you want to swap him one for one for the leading scorer in last year's playoffs?

sportsnet keeps repeating the Bs need to do something today and i think they will also, but im sure with so many buyers and little sellers, those few sellers are getting many offers, so imagine there position to  do the right and best deal. Patience

Jacobs can pocket the savings under the cap..it floats right to his bottom line. He keeps every penny and all the games are sold out,.
