50 - He and the tenacity of his team in front of him have given the Rangers all they can handle.  Would be quite the surprise should they oust NYR.

Last game they dressed Stone , tonight the Sweedish elite league MVP Silfverberg (spelling ?) .  Sens are thinking outside the box.
Actually they were supposed to dress their no1 pick Zibanejad for this series but he got hurt , I think at practice.

Bob Cole is calling the game on CBC. Awesome. I look forward to an interesting, and inaccurate, play-by-play.

Carkner gone to the dresisng room after a heavy hit now too. Uh oh. I was hoping to see him los eit on a few Rangers tonight. Just one fight is all I ask.

You're right about crosschecks, especially to the face. What is with that?

It's so amazing that a team that struggles to score as much as the Rangers could actually win the Conference in the regular season. When Boyle is your leading scorer in the playoffs, you obviously have goalscoring issues.

No love lost for Boyle, however. He was running around playing the tough guy and got what he deserved.

Boyle was doing the old Bieksa routine, playing the tough guy with the other teams not so tough players.

Hence why they wanted Nash so badly.  If they get eliminated get ready to see the sell the farm to get Nash.

Wow , Neil is public enemy no1.  This is getting good.

Exactly, he is a big guy but no fighter as Carkner and Neil exposed. Then, the clean hit and he is now left to wonder if his approach was the best one for him. He pulled a lot of crap early in the series. Poetic justice that Neil hit was.

I totally agree. They can't expect the likes of Boyle and Prust to bail them out with consistent goals. Sather will do something drastic if they lose this series I think. And I am not talking about bringing Redden back from the dead.

I hate when they say that in scrums the refs are saying that they'll take just one guy.  How do they choose ?  what will that accomplish ?  Kind of not fair.

Funny Healy saying Prust is the answer to Neil running around. Not likely. Prust is an excellent fighter for his size but Neil could take him quite easily. I am sure Neil does not care that Prust is out there.

Can you all tell I am pining for a fight?

You know a team is desperate in the goal scoring when they put John Mitchell on their power play. Jeesh.

Neil gets credit for the goal.....haha.
