By the way, Legion why aren't you at this game?
    Posted by jmwalters
Only if the Bruins would have played the Sens I would have bought the tickets .
I almost did trying to get a jump on the pre-sale promo when it wasn't for sure the Bruins were going to end up playing the Sens.
Nah,  was not going to drive 2hours , risk getting another speeding ticket for a non-Bruins game.

Glad class got out early. Looking forward to the Rangers being the next of the "favorites" to be booted.

Though of the Canucks, Pens, Wings, and Rangers, the Rangers are my favorite.

Speeding ticket would probably cost more than the actual ticket so good call. Crowd seems pretty into it tonight, though, which is a good thing. Nice to see Alfredsson back too.  I respect him.

I don't really understand the Rangers apparent game plan of engaging after the whistle. Especially since they are down by one. Dumb.

I just love when Cole starts channelling his inner William Shatner: Konopka.....loses....a faceoff....for a change...!!

    Awesome.
Last game they dressed Stone , tonight the Sweedish elite league MVP Silfverberg (spelling ?) .  Sens are thinking outside the box.  Actually they were supposed to dress their no1 pick Zibanejad for this series but he got hurt , I think at practice.
    Posted by BsLegion
not only is he playing, he's on the top line!  It almost seems like they have already so cleary gone beyond anyones expectations that Mclean is playing with house money.

Maybe they'll try the flying V in the third, make emilio estevez proud.

Prust gets a penalty with Torts shaking his head. This is what happens when your 4rth liner is forced to keep up with the Sens first line John. Don't act so shocked.

Ah there's the long awaited cross check penalty right after Prust gave a Pouliot slash

Goal off an incomprehensibly stupid penalty from Michalek. If I were Maclean that guy would not see another shift in this game.

I don't get when they put their arms around a player and don't layoff. It's a penalty all the time.

Tortarella would be shaking his head and yelling at the Refs if Prust had slashed a Sen in the face drawing blood and causing a broken nose.

    Yep. Just lazy.

Was that not just the longest delayed penalty call so far in the playoffs or what?

Some really stupid penalties in this game for a must win game for both teams, especially the Rangers.

NYR coming out strong here 3-1 now. Sens need to calm down and Anderson needs to make a big save.

Senators will find a way to lose this series... that's why Boston really wanted them in the first round.

jm - Oh, yeah.  Let them hammer each other.  Should the Sens score it'll be a hell of a finish.
