    Rask, Krecji, Marchand

    Those are my goats!

Rask was ok tonight but he set the tone by giving up a goal 2 mins. into a game 7.

    Krecji just zero production.

Marchand an idiot lots of penalties zero goals

Also one goal over two games!

Can't win many series with half a goal per game!

Rask is no TT.  Does not step his game up for playoffs .  Stays the same but won't win any cups.  Marchy just brutal just sucked, I'd trade Marchand for Gallagher in a heartbeat.  Iggy, guess we know why he's drifting to win cups... Blows under pressure.  Ole ole ole

Let's not blame Krejci. His linemates should not escape unscathed. He had no help.

Blaming Rask is just as useless an excuse. Where was his help?

Marchand, yes: He has no excuse.

Marchand was wretched.  Lucic and Krejci were also pitiful.

Lucic and Marchand probably should be traded.

    Defense.  It is still important.

Rask makes no sense at all.  He was very good, not great.

Krejci failed to produce, but appeared to play hard and be accountable.

    Marchand was awful.

sorry, i'm a big Tuukka supporter but giving up goals two mins into play the last two games is unacceptable....

although not the only culprit, Tuukka's got to shoulder some of the blame for the B'S heading out to the golf course starting tomorrow....

    Re: Rask, Krecji, Marchand

Getting down by 2 goals before starting to play in 4 of the games was their biggest flaw---plenty of blame to go around on all those goals, many of which were too easy (breakaways, giveaways, etc...)  The B's then in their efforts to make comebacks or take leads hit too many posts and missed too many open nets.  Puck luck would have been less of a factor if they didn't spot these guys 2 goal leads.

Out of the 3 mentioned above, I thought DK looked most out of sync in both zones. You need your Top line center producing and it just didn't happen this year.  Gotta cut him some slack however as he was the leading point scorer in the entire Playoffs for 2 of the past 4 years.  A winger like Marchand  can have a bad series and you can still win, but you can't have your Top line center play like crap.  I have no issues with Rask (if you want a goalie with real issues-see Fleury); he stopped what he was supposed to stop.

Luc Dufour was as tough as Nails.

    Re: Rask, Krecji, Marchand

Krecji was the best Bruin on the ice forward-wise all game. Lucic can't keep the puck on his stick and Marchand became a liability. Rask had no chance on the first goal and bad bounce on 3rd. Goaltending didn't end the B's season---not playing B's hockey, the President's Trophy style, ended the season to an okay team at best.

Goaltending did not end the Bruins season, but it did not save it either. I miss 2011 Tim Thomas.

Rask with these passes right to the other teams stick is getting annoying.  Cost us the first goal and the game.  Marchand is just embarrassing.

If it weren't for Soderberg, this Bruins team would have been out in 5 games. Hard to believe, but true.

There is plenty of blame to go around.
