Seguin for Loui Eriksson?

    Re: Seguin for Loui Eriksson?

Seguin will be a star but I guess even if he scores over 1000 points, wins a Hart Trophy and an Art Ross Trophy and is a 3 time end of year all-star, as long as he doesn't win another Cup we can say he sucks.  One player should be able to assure his team wins the Cup in a team game don't you know.

Believe Peverley may be in that Dallas/Boston deal as well.

Yeah we are now moving 2 of our 3 remaining right wingers for a lw, I guess it will be ST Luc and DK

It's happening for sure Crowls. My buddy just texted to ask if the official announcement was made yet. Stay tuned.

I haven't seen the return, but already feel awful about this.

I'm worried too Crowls but it's happening regardless. The good news is that Loui is a hell of a player and they. Are shedding a lot of salary. PC can go after a real free agent with the extra bucks. I like Seguin and hope he does well. Erickson is a lock for 25+ goals and 60+ points too. All is not lost.

Wow. Well, to me you were never going to get the most out of him unless he played center. In Dallas he gets that chance.

I hope you are right. Unless they can create cap room to sign a guy like Clarkson this trade blows. I guess compared to the Thornton trade at least they are getting a good player in return.

TSNBobMcKenzie: Joe Morrow is believed to be one of the pieces going from DAL to BOS. Also, perhaps Reilly Smith and Matt Fraser. Looking for confirmation. Twitter Retweet | Follow

    I'm in shock.

And I am disappointed in Tyler for not playing (and living) up to his potential.

The Kessel trade will live forever.

Very interested to know what the other pieces are.

I still trust PC.  If this deal is real, it is very likely that PC and CJ saw a serious character flaw in Seguin that coaching couldn't fix.

Seguin will flourish at center ice in Dallas. Tremendous upside. Love the deal for stars. Everyone goes out at 21. Get over it.

This deal won't be so bad if PC can land Clarkson or Alfie with the extra capspace. This could end up really good for the Bruins if one of the other 2 things happen.

I'm not a big fan of this deal, but that may change when I learn more about the coming parts - and if the cap space is used to sign someone useful.

None of the players besides Eriksson seem worth noting.  Undecided

Agreed Red. He's a first rounder with high upside. Wasn't he part of the James Neal trade?
