Just super. Another Ottawa cheapshot on one of our players. Kelly, now Bergeron.

How the heck can you call that a cheapshot? His arm doesnt move.

WhopperKing can't tell which board to post a Patriots Grade B but wants us to know he knows the difference between a cheap shot and two players going after a loose puck.

Cooke's arm didn't move either.   I don't see to many elbows to the head unless they are intentional.

Hey, has little Francie Bouillon ever paid for the one on Aaron Ward, which essentially ended his career?

Richard Zednik paid for it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MoIlaK5j238

Nah, this was back in 2009. Bouillon came out of the box, skated from a perpindicular angle to the go to his bench when the penalty was over and coldcocked Aaron Ward with an elbow from the blindside.

    Ward laid dazed and concussed.

I could not believe no one went after him to rearrange his face. I'd still like to see payback for that to this day.

Both examples are different from what happened to Bergeron tonight....and yes, when something like those type of "hits" happen, somebody needs to step up for their teammate.

    Horton's heating up, eh lads?

Yep.  He just needs to keep his head down and the goals will come. It's not like that line as a whole has been consistent this year.  They'll get through it.

Maybe the effects of his injury are also starting to lift.  That is if there were any lingering effects as I doubt Bruins brass would jeopardize his health by having him play if he weren't up to it.  Mind you, he wasn't the only Bruin to temporarily suspend the reality of effort producing offensive chances.

How are the two comparable?  One was initiated deliberately by Cooke.  Tonight's was unitentional.

So, Bergeron ran into his elbow?

It looked like as Bergeron was going down, falling he hit his elbow that happened to be there.  I think the Bruins would have responded if it were a deliberate attempt to nail Bergeron in the head.

Agree. I already said I'd need to see it again.

Why do people on this board jump on anyone who says anything different?  It's like a clique of defensive little girls.

It's all in how it's said.

Up by a goal in the 3rd is no time to get stripped of the puck at your own blue line.

And a wee bit less of the one-on-multiple players, dez?  This guy can thread a pass through the eye of a needle.  Sometimes I wish he'd make more use of his linemates.

Because I said I'd need to see it again, this is offensive?  The last Bruins injury came against Ottawa, too.

They're ticked off and have many injuries. Chris Neil isn't the cleanest player im the league and his knee on knee on Kelly wasn't as innocent as it looked, IMO.

Anyway, there is a clear sensitivty level here and there always has been.  Makes it tough to post here freely.

If you need to see it again why did you say it was a cheapshot? because Kelly got hurt versus the same team? Then you sarcastically asked if Bergeron ran ito his arm? What is it? You go back and forth and then when someone disagrees with you you hide behind the "i have to see it again" statement.

Go see it again then comment. otherwise, shut up.
