Very good team, solid in all areas. Just like the Bruins. Should make for a fantastic Stanley Cup Finals.

Two real good teams, in cities where hockey matters.

Bruins fans are going to learn to hate Andrew Shaw.

BlackHawk fans will grow to hate Marchand.

No coincidence that the two teams that have Patrice Bergeron and Jonathan Toews are meeting in the Finals.

    Can't wait.

Thanks, at least a few Hawks fans i know aren't that confident. Will be a good series. I just worry cause the Bruins play better with some hatred. None of thats built in here.

True. But what happened on the game winning goal? 2 on 1 breakaway which NEVER happens with the Bruins. Or at a minimum very rairly.  Gonna be close but ill take Tukka and the D.

Waited my whole life for a Bruins/Hawks final. Chicago is tough, gritty and relatively fast and will be the Bs biggest test yet.  This could be a cardiac on a plate but I have faith Boston will go the distance.

Stop smoking dude. It's seriously affecting your brain. If you think pittsburgh is on Chicago's level as a team you are in for a big time surprise..

Glad as I am to see the NHL game, the Chicago-LA and Ottawa-Winnipeg games were sloppy as expected.  Didn't see much of the Pennsylvania game.  Couple of quick observations:

Love to watch Toews play.  Chicago has to stay healthy because I enjoy that team.  Love to see a Chicago-Boston final.

Ottawa didn't look dangerous, but Silferberg is in the Calder conversation for a reason and he looks like he can keep up on a line with Spezza and Michalek.  That's a heck of an opportunity to lead rookies in scoring.  Also, Turris is an established player and is playing like it.

Wheeler was pretty much invisible except when he was on for goals against.  Kane looked like he was going to own the game, then faded after the first.  Byfuglien may be wearing a fat suit in the off-seasons, but he was every bit the threat.  I'll be surprised if Scheifele doesn't stick after 6.  He was one of the more aggressive Jets players with the puck and had a couple of really good chances - plus drew a penalty.

[Overheard at the NHLPA press conference]

"So, is that pronounced "Fair" or "Fear"?

    Re: So it's the Blackhawks

    Who will win the Cup?

    Chicago in 4         7     1.11%
    Chicago in 5        20     3.16%
    Chicago in 6        140   22.15%
    Chicago in 7        109   17.25%
    Boston in 4          16    2.53%
    Boston in 5         47     7.44%
    Boston in 6         220    34.81%
    Boston in 7         73     11.55%

The HFBoard poll so far, little bit suprised the Bruin hatred on that board his high. I'm sure the Chicago in 6 and 7 will increase once Canucklehead, Penguin and Hab fans get back from church and start logging in LoL
