98.5 reporting that Soderberg is facing possible suspension for a cross-check in today's 6-0 loss to HV71 in the Elisterien Playoffs.  Soderberg finished with 25 minutes in penalties.

Can't find any video on this yet.  Wonder how this might impact a trip to the NHL, Bruin's are in need of some help (see Kelly Broken Tibia).

According to Linkoping fans they are done with out Soderberg.

So the real question is if they suspend the Yetiberg for all of or the rest of the playoffs, then does that mean he is released from his team ?

brutal hit, but the ref was right there when the guy whipped his head back by grabbing his chin - blow the whistle and separate them right there and that crosscheck never happens.

Viscious hit but it looked like it was in direct response to the dental exam.  Is that guy related to Alex Burrows?

Saw the hit that was nasty ah ya suspension of course. That was the first I ever saw of him. The best thing he did the team should release him and get him to boston so we could take a look at him before the TDL maybe good depth use who knows what this  kid brings.

Everbody is making it seem like this is a good thing and the Bruins would get him earlier if he were suspended.  I think it would be longer if he got suspended.  If he is suspended for 25 games, would the NHL uphold that suspension if his team is eliminated before he serves all 25?

Way I see it, they should punish that other guy for damaging Soderberg's stick with his face

Or worst case Soderberg gets 3 years for assault.

We've waited about 6 years so far so what's another 3?
