    And Chad Ocho "reach around" was an unknown as well last year. So now the Toronto media is trying to sing the praises of Reimer after trying to run him out of town.

    Yep. Funny, they call Johnson an unknown quantity as well, inferring that his good season last year was a product of having a good team in front of him.

    If that is always the case then Svedberg will do well, so it should not be unknown how he will do next season...using this same Sportsnet logic.

    Okay, your the Philadelphia Flyers, it's November and you just lost Steve Mason to a high ankle sprain. Who do you sign?  Thomas or Brodeur? Both willing to play for a pro rated salary that will be cap compliant.

     Neither......Dubnyk or some other scrub would be obtained off the scrap heap: much like Mason and Emery were.
