    Tanguay dealt to Avs

Not a big deal but could be the start of a big weekend for trades. Jones did have 27 goals a couple tears back...I wonder if the Avs are thinking of bringing back Foote,Lemeiux and Forsberg the way things are going.

They just brought Foote back actually, as an assistant coach.  Who's says they are desperately clinging to past glory?

    Interesting trade.

An overpaid winger who can't score anymore for an overpaid winger who can't score anymore.

A big, slow defensmen who takes too many penalties for a big, slow defensmen who takes too many penalties.

Two GMs with some real vision here.
