    I mentioned to Dez the other night that we need that 3rd line cooking.  It gets everyone going.  Love peverly patience and grit out there tonight.

    Well you know if Thornton's shoulder keeps him out for some time, looked like that's what was bothering him, MacDermid is not going anywhere. Someone mentioned that Bourque would have to through waivers to go down. I say Bourque just might stay for awhile RHO...

    Is the issue Thornton's shoulder or his noggin?  Players don't generally skate like Kapenen when their shoulder is injured.

    Yeh, and he plays tough and grinds as hard as anybody. I wouldn't be opposed to giving him an opportunity to stick on the 3rd line full time. Lot's of energy and desperation with him in there. works for me - might be easier to find a 4th liner, or at least till a better option comes along -
