    I completely agree with you but seven games is a small sample.  IMO, Caron is a very good third liner who has been very hot.  He's a solid two way player.  But he's not going to be the savior of this team, as some suggest.  I would say that he's like the 9th most important player on this team.

    Here is my ranking regarding team importnace:
    1. Thomas
    2. Chara
    3. Bergeron
    3a. Krejci
    5. Seguin
    6. Seidenberg
    7. Lucic
    8. Marchand
    9. Peverley
    Any of these guys could be 10: Kelly/Caron/Horton/Boychuck/Paille

    I agree with you, but I think the hype is starting to really snowball.  As I said, I dont think he's suddenly the most important player on the team.
