I'll have to remember that line next time you have a goalie wearing a red jersey as your avatar.

If, and this is a big if, the Habs to sign Doan they will be a vastly improved team. The division seems to be getting tougher and tougher.

heyoo, I don't know how you know whether the guys are vocal or not, but according to the players themselves in interviews I've seen, you missed the guy on the team - Thornton.

Also, Chara and Bergeron are leaders. Chara in particular had several moments during the cup run where he took over and led. The #1 moment would be his intermission talk with the team after the Horton hit in game 3.

Settle down, I was messing with him. Didn't think he'd actually change it.

Doan will end up as a Canuck, he has given his deadline to Phoenix. Canuck by the end of the week.

Can't see it, unless:
a) Doan will take 1-2 mil a year
b) someone takes Scott Gomez' contract off MTL's hands
or
c) Habs lose Subban.
I don't think either are likely, and option A and B are probably too ridiculous to even consider.

The guy is loyal to a fault, if it's at all possible he'll re-sign with the Coyotes.

Phoenix is about $10 million below the cap floor (cap floor $52.4 million), with 22 players signed. They need an expensive contract. Doan is logical for them ... less of course they're gonna pursue Tim Thomas ...
