    MVPs of Round 1
    1. Bergeron - he's the engine that makes this whole team go

    2. Thomas - stats aren't everything. made huge saves when games were on the line. didn't let in anything soft after Game 3.

    3. Horton - can't argue with 2 OT winners

    Most Improved
Kelly - always thought Peverly was the key to that line, but Kelly is showing smarts and skill out there that was missing during the regular season.

    Mr. Redemption for Round 2
Chara - something's not right. i know virus and all, but he needs to be dominant against Philly. it's gonna get nasty.

    Three Stars:
    1) Bergeron  Best line consistently, he was awesome at the faceoff dot, solid defensively, generated offensive chances.

    2) Marchand  NEVER saw him turnover the puck, defensively responsible and kept his emotions in check all series -he kept his penchant for boneheaded penalties in check and played disiplined hockey.  Well done, rookie.

    3) Chris Kelly - his play this series (with a broken face!) showed what a great pickup he was at the deadline.  Kelly's line was phenomenal for the B's against MTL.

    Honorable mention to Timmy Thomas

    MOST IMPROVED:
Michael Ryder - Welcome to the NHL playoffs, Mike, glad you decided to show up (finally)...but you still owe us a rebate check on that $4M PC's paying you.

    MR REDEMPTION:
I'm looking for more out of our entire first line in general, but I think David Krejci specifically wants to give the Phliars some payback for last year
