    7 man line-up

Doc finally got a win, with a 7 MAN LINE-UP that included two guards off the bench: Williams, Terry.

Can we please take a minute and reflect upon this point: KG played 38 minutes and when he was on the bench, it was Brandon Bass that was the de-facto center, with Green as the PF.

    (and we won)

    WOW!

    Every Doc has his day.

Don't see this as a viable longterm playoff strategy, but WTH, every game now is a game 7.

Oh, I agree. Definitely not a long term strategy, but it is pretty amazing. KG and BB held down the C position.

Really 6.5 men.  williams only had 16 minutes.

This is called planned suicide.  Doc left it all on the floor tonight, but at least lived to see another day.

I just love the perspective here.  Explains so much.

The lack of intensity in these games is unbelievable.

They look more like preseason games than the playoffs.

Where are you seeing this?  Granted that today's was the first game I got to watch in full.  But you didn't see intensity?  The game is in equal parts mental and physical.

These games don't look like the playoffs at all.

Very few hard fouls and no offensive rebounding. The Knicks shot layup after layup without being fouled. Where is Kendrick Perkins when you need him?

These players are all millionaires and couldn't give a .....

    Kirk, thats rubbish.

Kirk, you are one of a kind.  I have to say that I don't see things like you.  But I am beginning to see your basketball philosophy.  Just a thought, take it up with Danny.  He has just not assembled the team that will play the style that you want.  In the mean time, just appreciate how the Celtics are playing the best brand of basketball that thet can, given who they are.
