Ainge making moves

Ok so what is the collateral damage of all these moves.
1) We need another big because right now it's Shaq and Krystic.
2) Clearing roster spots mean he's got some players in mind
3) He strengthened a weak spot on the team. That's hard to criticize -

He also weakened a strong spot. I'll reserve judgement until we see who the other acquisitions are, because Ainge must know a few guys are getting bought out. -

Doesn't the cash for Marquis Daniels mean now a play for a legit starting Center is in play?
Isn't it just a matter of that going through before Ainge can go ahead and get that Center?
Is Dalembert on the radar?
Offense (Scoring & Passing)
Has never developed a sophisticated game on this end of the floor. Does the most damage as a garbageman. Uses his athleticism and leaping ability to finish strong around the hoop when set up by teammates. Frequent alley oop target, and runs the floor easily for slam dunk finishes. Has never really developed much of a post game, mostly relying on an awkward turnaround jumper. Has a facing jumper as well that is ugly but will occassionally go in. Has often been accused of not knowing his limitations on this side of the ball, and forcing too many low percentage shots. A very poor passer who has started for 7 years and never averaged as many as 1 assist a game.
Defense & Rebounding
Both areas of specialty for Dalembert. Uses his great length to be one of the top shotblockers in the NBA. Very athletic for a center and able to guard guys away from the rim. Can sometimes be overpowered by the strongest centers. Has had on and off foul problems throughout his career, and is often accused of not being a smart defender, gambling and picking up numerous goaltends along with his blocks. Rebounding went from his normal strong performance to outstanding last season, when he was 3rd in the NBA in per minute rebounding, behind only Marcus Camby and Dwight Howard. Uses athleticism to pound the offensive glass and finish inside, but strong on both ends.
Intangibles
Had his basketball IQ questioned for years in Philly, and was unhappy there and looking for a trade for several seasons. Was heavily involved in charitable efforts for his native Haiti after the devastating earthquake there in January 2010. -

LIKE: A long term answer at the 3 (Green).
DISLIKE: No long term answer at the 5. That WAS Perk and maybe Erden!
BOTTOM LINE: Celtics are a WIN NOW team and they HAD to find a way to guard LeBron and maybe Melo for 40+ minutes. Mission accomplished. -
