No rebuild here in Beantown for this superstar. Been there... done that.

Maybe R9R goes international and takes Rondo-ball to China instead.

Maybe win the league MVP starring for say.... the Beijing Jinyu Ducks ... or The Foshan Longlions.

if doc, pp and/or kg all walk out of those doors, then rr is outta here in 2 years as well. he's a free agent then, y will he take another discount or want to hang around? winning is all he knows, minus that one lotttery year in 2006. no way 2006 left a favorable taste in his mouth. rondo may even ask for a trade if it looks like a rebuild. JG and AB would b the only 2 around for a rebuild. frankly, AB isnt of much use on a losing team. he's a great piece for a winner a la a bruce bowen!

Rondo isn't going anywhere next season until he returns and is healthy and able to contribute.   He may not be ready for the start of the season.  It may not be his decision to remain with the Celtics since Danny has tried to trade him in the past.
