The small forward position on any team needs to rebound. JG is having a good game, I simply would like to see a greater effort on the boards.

They are more fluid on both ends of the floor tonight! Hopefully this is the start of a run of good play!

First we found a team much worse than us....that helps us get healthy.

Second, we don't have the ball sticking in our Point Guard's hands so everyone is involved.

    Third, we're just shooting better.

Not saying we are better without Rondo.  I'm just saying I wish Rondo would move the ball faster rather than dribbling himself, trying to control everyone's movements, and not scoring enough himself.

This team has very good depth...all it needs is a big man to play with KG...

Also, I'd like to see Sullinger start over Bass...he's a much better rebounder.

I agree. Rondo makes us better, but he needs to be a little quicker in creating.

It is very clear watching this game that Rondo has the ball too much.  To make it worse he is usually forcing the ball to Pierce who is a turnover machine.  Using all the players like Lee and Terry to move the ball to shooters looks good. The thing is the Trailblazers are tired and facing five more games of a ten game road trip. Can't get to excited for that reason, but it is encouraging.

I really wouldn't mind us trying this lineup:

    C- KG

    PF - Sullinger

    SF - Green

SG - Pierce (or Terry/Lee with Pierce off the bench).

    PG - Rondo

I am a bit concerned about Pierce covering quicker SGs, but this is our best lineup IMO. We need to give Green more minutes if we want to see him play like this more consistently. Also, Sullinger gives us better rebounding than Bass.

Doc should try playing RR off of the ball more! Like he did with AB last season!

Agreed. Rondo is very good, but it is clear from this game (even though Portland stinks) that some of these guys need the ball in their hands more.

Assuming AB comes back healthy and picks up around where he left off (after some time), I have to think we would trade for a big man around the deadline...Rondo, Terry, Lee, Barbosa, and Bradley is a very crowded backcourt and we need another big.
