    wow!!

    nice pic

this guy has certainly proven he can work wth young players.

I wonder if his hiring means anything about Rondo staying or going?

Love it!! Great pick!!  A young ambitious no nonsense coach who excels at defensive creativity and player development. He'll grow into this job as the team matures.  Slackers and complainers won't last long.

Wow, this came out of left field but how can you not like this guy.... he is smart, mature and players love him... although I am not sure that Rondo will like this...

i doubt this guy would come to boston just to oversee a tankfest. i say danny was apparently serious about staying competitive throughout the transition and that this hire bodes well for rondo in green.

KG is older than Brad Stevens.

The chances of Rondo going just went up.

Bingo as you say, I believe there is a Rondo deal in place.  Brad Stevens would not be the coach with Rondo on the team.

Rondo will eat him alive. Except he will be gone.

    This impressed me the most...

Stevens' 166 wins are the most for any NCAA Division I basketball coach over the first six years to start a career.

That's a good question.  Seems likely he won't but will be around a lot.  I wonder who will?

I think they already lined up one of the Boston assistants to coach the summer league.
