Cases in point:
1. 2008 NBA Finals - Heavy underdogs against the Lakers = Championship
2. 2009 Playoffs - KG-less Celtics = Game 7, Conference Semifinals
3. 2010 Playoff - 4th seed = NBA Finals
4. 2010 NBA Finals - Heavy favorite against the Lakers = Finals loss
5. 2011 Playoffs - Perkins / Shaq - less Celtics = Only team to do a 4-0 sweep in the 1st round (2011)
6. 2012 Playoffs = Need I say more?
The above cases show how resilient this TEAM is given adversities. The only exemption maybe is the 2011 Playoffs, but losing Perk and Shaq and Rondo's left elbow all at the same time that year proved too much.
Barring any further injury to any of our key guys, expect our TEAM to show its WARRIOR spirit and surprise everyone AGAIN and AGAIN.
I've always liked our chances as UNDERDOGS.

Well I have followed your lead since the days you started guaranteeing wins. I also believe that the Celts will now put together a special season. Lets go for it.

Hey Ken, how's our odds given the latest season-ending injury (Sullinger) suffered by the Cs in less than a week after the Rondo ACL?

You are right. If the Celtics can win tomorrow than I would say they are going to remain competitive. We have to see how they perform against the better teams in the league.

4-0 and counting without our All-Star point guard. Next stop - back to back games against the Raptors and the Los Angeles Lakers. Let's all keep our fingers crossed. Have faith in the resiliency of this KG-PP led version of the BOSTON CELTICS.

Isn't funny that everytime we play the Lakers we have it on the second night of a back to back. The Lakers get two nights to rest.

YOU FORGOT TO MENTION 1 CHAMPIONSHIP IN MORE THEN A QUARTER CENTURY.
SUCCESS INDEED!!!!!!!!
teams with only 16 banners (4 stolen form another City) don't get to question our success.

The cities won those championships?
Was the mayor the MVP?
Yip. It's like how the ravens don't get the history of the browns.
Anyway even counting those you only have 16 banners. Not bad for second place But harldy in the class of the Celtics.

You might want to d oa little research about why Tagliabue allowed the Browns/Ravens to move to Baltimore.
Are the Brooklyn Nets a different organization from the N.J. Nets?
You look foolish when you post here my friend.
AND you disappear, in a matter of minutes, after you post here!
Thanks Troll Exterminators!!!!!!!!!!

Foolish, would be crowing when you only have 16 championships. Also the nets movd like 30 minutes away. Heck the same fans can still go to the games.
