AB will watch the All Star game.  That's the closest he'll ever be to the All Star game.  He just doesn't make the smartest plays and he very inconsistent.

Green should start tomorrow in LA.  Pierce is a backup until his pinched nerve (says Fierce) heals.

Don't get it twisted, Pierce will have a good first quarter tomorrow because it's LA.  But he'll probably fade again.

Green is ready to be a starter.  Pierce could be traded.

Im sorry but this one is a lot on Doc...he leaves a hugely struggling Pierce in while Lee sits on the pine after having 15  on 6 for 8 shooting... talk about hero ball on Doc's part doing the loyal thing for Pierce instead of what he  should have done.

Denver has a very athletic team, maybe Celtics beat the Lakers which will take the sting of this loss away. This is a tough place to win

Extremely hard to get a win tomorrow night.  

Pierce has won many a game for these Celtics but it's time to waive bye to him.  Pierce deserves to go somewhere where he can be a compliment to a winning team - not an inconsistent "go to" guy on a struggling one.

If we're okay with his inconsistent nights like tonight knowing we'll get a 22 point game sprinkled in every now and then, then let's keep him and simply struggle for the rest of the year.

Personally, it's frustrating to see him struggle so much because he just can't bring it every night.  He has had, what, 5 days off and this is how he comes out and performs.  Honestly, Pierce did not lose this game but we easily win this one with an efficient, productive outing by our captain.  Unfortunately, we're getting too many of these duds from him when we really need his production and leadership.

We are staring at another losing streak right in the face and it's got to stop.  I'd rather struggle with new players if we can solidify our future.  And with the right infusion of youth and athleticism, I think we can still be a factor in the east.  I don't see that from this group long-term this season.

I say this because he'll never be relegated to the bench which is where he should be.
