    Danny Ainge - Bird - Mchale

    If Ainge win another ring, he's probably better GM than say Bird or Mchale.

    Bird the best coach, 2nd best GM

    Danny the best GM, 2nd best coach

    McHale distant 3rd in both categories

    and that is right now... there is no need for another ring by DA

    Every GM has their share of bad deals but overall DA is a good GM who had to make a few bold moves early on becuase the condition of the Cap when he took over. The deals were made to slowly pay down the cap to get in a position to get better. It took a few years and a few more bad deals to get there. Once he was a GM dealing from strength instead of weakness he has proved to be a good chess player. Danny on the fly built for the future and added needs for the short term I give him credit for that.
