Love year two: 29 mpg, 14 pts, shot 45%, 11 boards, 2 assists, .5 steals, 1 blocks, 33% from three, 82% FT

    Sully year two: 28 mpg, 13 pts, shot 43%, 8 boards, 1 assist, 1 steals, .5 blocks, 27% from three, 78% FT

Love is clearly better than Sully, also Sully's back is always going to be a concern, so if you are red flagging Love for injuries how can you omit Sully's bulging disc?

More importantly Sully is not the player that Love is right now, he may become better in the future when he finds himself but he is still young.  The same can be said of Oly, we will have to give to get, so don't you people go making up your mock depth charts just yet.

I agree with DC, don't give up the ship for one guy! Aaron Gordon is an athletic freak that plays solid defense  and can play multiple positions, Vonleh is an animal. The 17th pick figures to be very good as well. Boston could become one of the deepest and most balanced and talented team in the league. KEEP THE PICKS and sign experienced players for guidance. When you think of the 2008 Champs, it wasn't just the Big 3 of KG, Pierce, and Allen. It included guys like Sam Cassell, Eddie House, James Posey, and P.J. Brown. If Boston gets Love (who doesn't play defense) and Carmelo Anthony, who is going to play defense? Who is going to come off the bench? Don't do it, Danny! Give your team a chance to develop. Bring Pierce back so that he and Rondo could teach the new guys what it takes to be a champion.

Sully is close enough to K.Love to tie up our cap for and lose out on future superstars. (Vonleh, Gordon, Randle)

I really, really, really feel uncomfortable trading Sully and a potential superstar for a glamorous offensive player that doesnt win!!!!
+1  People say the 6th pick will not land a superstar player.  Well, Love was a #5 pick and I'm sure people said the same about him out of college.

Kevin Love averaged 14ppg 11rpg in his second season completely healthy!

    Dont give up on Sullinger!!
100% correct.  It's not that Sullinger is so great.  It's that Love is overrated.  I also believe that Sullinger is not all that far behind Love.  Love is the focal point of the offense, Sully isn't....but should be.  If the Celtics ever use Sullinger properly by pounding the ball down low to him in the post, then he will be a beast.

Right.  This is the thing that all the Love fans can't explain.  Why has Minnesota never been to the playoffs with Love?  They will always say it's because the west is soooo good.  We're talking about an 8th seed!!!!  He couldn't even get his team an 8th seed!  His supporting cast is not that bad!  There is something about Love that just wreaks S-O-F-T.

Sully should be the focal point of half-court offense.

Sully needs a true center paired with him.
