Just hope we could pull that trade with Bynum for Chris Paul. Although I don't know how much of that is actually in the realms of Fantasyland and how much exists in reality. However I would have said the same thing about the Gasol trade before it happened.
It's a loss but things will come together. -

In Response to Re: Fakers just lost to Chicago:Don't get cocky they are playing good teams with a very short rotation of bigs. When Bynum can play they will be right in the mix.
Posted by DFURY13True. That's why we should take advantage while Bynum is still out.HAHAHA!!! -

since the Lakers started out 8-0 (on their way to 72 wins said some of the media)....
8-7
10-2 at home
6-5 on the road
2-5 vs teams with winning records....OUCH!
looking at our boys from Beantown...after a 6-2 start...
12-2
10-1 at home
8-3 on the road
8-2 vs teams with winning records....NICE!
Lakers has missed Bynum all year....
Celtics have been without Perk all year....also missing games were...
Shaq (having a great year)
JON (don't laugh, he is our leading shot blocker)
West (tough swing man)
RONDO (nothing needs to be said here....)
Advantage....CELTICS -

Don't forget that the Lakers were 8-0 when Theo Ratliff was playing. After Ratliff got hurt the Lakers are just 8-7. -

Unless the league interferes as it did in helping the Lakers get Gasol. The idea of the injury prone Bynum for Chris Paul is absurd. Only with Laker collusion with the NBA can a trade like this happen. Bynum goes from minute to minute as a viable player in a rotation. He will most likely not be playing by the time he is in his mid to late twenties. That said with the Lakers losing regularly now there may be some funny business used to bring another Laker freebe on the way. By the way Kobe looks like the old ball hog he has always been these days and Gasol looks disgusted. -

The Lakers the entire season have only won twice against teams that were .500 or better. The Bulls and Portland.....the other winning teams they have played they lost..I don't think they are the western team to worry about -

Bynum has been in the NBA 5 years now and last year maxed out at 15 points and 8 boards a game in 30 minutes per. I get the potential but I really doubt that the league has the cherries to trade him for Paul. -

Forget Melo, the Knicks should go for Paul. -

The Knicks will probably end up with Paul and probably Melo too. -

In Response to Re: Fakers just lost to Chicago:Another game, another 45 mins for Gasol. Line of the night - in 45 mins Gasol was a +4. In TWO mins, Derrick Caracter was a -8. Pretty much means Chicago won the game in the two mins he was on the court. Shannon Brown - goose egg! Where IS that depth?

Just imagine you have a basketball team where you can actually use your center as an offensive threat - you actually run your offense through your center and or your center actually has offensive skills....... and by the way you don't have that player......
I believe in game 1 last year Bynum had 21 points, 14 rebounds, and 7 blocks whereas Perk is a giant black hole that can't make free throws, can't pass, can't catch passes, has no face up game, and so on and so forth.....
So let's see.... Noah is one of the premier centers in the league and bynum has not played one second this year, the Lakers are supposed to beat a good young team on the road......
Let's see..... Rose drafted #1, Deng, #9, Noah #10, Boozer, Brewer - lottery pick, Korver - lottery pick.... blah blah blah.....
Is it a real surprise that a team that has finished 500 the last two years while jettisoning a couple of their best players each of the last two years and still firing their coach?
They have the best point guard in the east behind LeBron, a very good powerforward, a very good center, and a very good small forward beats a team that has a target on its back every night and obtw is missing its center? -

if the bulls landed boozer and lebron, they would have been nasty. they already have a point gaurd, a decent rebounder underneath.... just be glad queen lebron went to miami.
