Well, I guess that didn't apply to Rondo, BBD, Powe, and Perk when they were in their early years? It doesn't apply to second yr player Bradley. Something is wrong with his faith in those 2 guys....something we don't all know about.

I was afraid of this. Doc is going to run his starters into the ground. They are playing big minutes and losing.  Doc, play the bench.  Posted by jtkl
You're kidding right? We wer cooking just fine until he had that bunch of bums in the game. Rondo is the key, here. No one wants to shoot and he's not running plays to get them shots. If he's brilliant when it's being run well, he has to take some heat for not getting them into a good offense now.

What an ugly game.  Hopefully, the Celtics can turn things around.  Doc definitely needs to try something different.

No I'm not kidding our Bench was plus against this team. Our starters gave up the 17-4 run.

42 points near the end of the third qtr. what is this stinker we're putting up? I'm sure glad we won against Atlanta and built a lead over Knicks and Philly since we could easily give it back if we don't get off our butts in this game.

He won't play them because he doesn't feel like they know the defense of which we aren't exactly playing tonight anyhow

Not sure I agree.  They're getting a lot of open looks and missing.  It's the old "live by the jump shot, die by the jumpshot" syndrome.  They need to work themselves into the paint and get some easy looks.  Not sure what Rondo can do to remedy it.

Doc needs to try a different rotation.  Maybe they can change the momentum of the game.

Pierce is stinking it up as is Bass. I don't think they are getting the wide open jumpers they've been getting in previous games. No run in the point guard and horrible rebounding. Is this the same team as the last few weeks? 47 points after 3 qtrs?

Well, Toronto does have some nice restaraunts for dining so maybe they all thought Doc was taking them to Toronto for dinner and FORGOT they also had to play a game!

This is what happens when you're up by 12 or 13 in the first quarter and take your foot off the gas and let them start feeling it.

What can be done to motivate athletes for a game like tonight?  I mean we look like we're just not engaged.

Steamer's basket was the first one in the paint in a long time.

Everything they shoot goes in.  Wow.

This one's a wrap.  We lost to Toronto?  Unbelievable.
