Rondo does look like he's getting a step or 2 back.

I don't see him pushing off of the right leg.  He appears to be running on one leg.

Make it $6.75MM and I'm in otherwise there are better opportunities at SG.

Gordon Hayward is asking for 12m per year.

You're not going to find a better SG than AB for less than 8m per year.

I was thinking about Afflalo or Turner actually ...

Both are hybrid 2/3.  Turner may get a larger contract but really like to play point forward.  Affalo is uni-dimensional.

Thats what I like about them ... and Hayward can play the 2 as well though he's more suited for the 3

They might just work with Rondo.  Otherwise you need creativity from 2 as well.  Trying Jeff Green at 2 was very unsuccessful.  Golden State struggles when they bring in Barnes at 2.  I would prefer a qualiy 2.

I think Bass is a keeper. I know I'm in the minority on that, but Bass has really improved this year. He is just so valuable on defense. He can switch onto any player. His post offense has really improved. I think he's on a fair contract at 6.5M.

This team just needs to replace Green with someone who can knock down shots and play aggressively. I still think that could be Hayward.

Bass has the worst on court plus and minus on the team.

He only plays hard against the team that traded him.

    Dur.

$7.5MM thru 2016 but that 2015-16' option is a "player option" and he'd probably opt out then if he becomes an All-Star. I think Danny'd give up "a" pick for a potential All-Star if he were able to swing a bigger deal like Okafor/Bledsoe.

Stein says, "rival clubs" wonder if Orlando will maintain that stance with regard to its leading scorer and most productive player. The key question for Magic general manager Rob Hennigan, according to the ESPN scribe, is as follows: "Has Afflalo played well enough, in this breakout half-season, that the Magic will eventually be offered a first-round pick closer to the deadline that can pry Afflalo loose?" This report, which Stein posted early Saturday morning, confirms a similar one that Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports filed on December 23rd.

Nice try moving the goal post, but we're talking about 2014 not 2015.

The issue here whether to keep AB or not.

You said replace AB with Evan Turner or Gordon Hayward.

But both Turner and Hayward would cost more than 8m per year.

So the smart money is still on AB.

Agreed. Besides Turner is the anti-Bradley on defense.

What do you mean by anti-Bradley on defense?

    He's a defensive liability.

Yeah. That guy Derek Bodner does a really good job of breaking it all down too. I'll stick with Bradley.

    In response to Mployee8's comment:

Bayless, Bradley, Hump & Fav are back but Wallace may not be available (death in family) and "That's my boy Blue" didn't get his contract renewed.

For the Magic, Vucevic & Davis are back but Nelson may be out.

It's an early game today so this game may have been forgotten about with all the Superbowl talk today. Rondo looks good early but Bradley looks rusty.

C's in need of a win to avoid going over the cliff ... Go C's !!!

Going over the clift. That is our destination. We need that.

I thought we were going to pull it out at the end, but Orlando just wanted it more than we did.
