The question is, are we better off with Josh Smith in the starting 5 than Brandon Bass? -

In Response to Re: Game Thread: Celtics vs Nets:Up by 25 midway thru the 3rd. Is this a blowout in the making? Hope the bench has their act together tonite. Gotta like these numbers.

Spoke too soon.
Up by 16 after 3.
Only a cushion, not a blowout.
Hope we don't see another nailbiter. -

In response to "Re: Game Thread: Celtics vs Nets":KG and the Captain should be the only players on our roster who're untouchable, for the obvious reasons. If a good deal can be made for one of the others go for it Danny. Posted by srinivasaI think the C's have to remain open to anything. Nobody should be considered untouchable, but the hardest guy to replace would likely be KG. I don't think he has ever gotten the appreciation he deserves. When healthy he is still one of the best in the league -

It could be the competition we faced but the games in Ray was absent we seem more fysical and potent.
Danny must have seen this too. -

We're still getting beat on the boards, rebounding has to improve.Bass is better when he's the 6th man. We another starting big man. -

Did you guys notice KG chewing out Bradley? If the C's turn their season around KG should get a lot of credit -

Posted by srinivasaTrue. We get more defense and hustle with the younger guys. And we're bigger at SG with Pietrus. -

Really stupid to say we should amnesty Paul Pierce so that he can retire in Europe. Ugh! -

Anyone mention that Rondo is 7-16 with 13 assists and 5 steals?
If I'm not mistaken very few of those baskets were layups ... looked like he was delibertly taking 15-18 footers and went from 2 of 6 to 7 of 16. Maybe he has to shoot until he finds his rythem and Doc made him shoot early and often till he found it ... Showcasing? -

Maybe you should criticize Pierce for saying he might want to retire to euro-ball before this contract expires .... -

Mployee8...not being showcased....Good game all around by the team! I still feel they should blow it up. All this will be for not in April/May after a first round exit. -

We look like a normal NBA team with 3 young guys and 2 old ones on the court. If Ainge keeps Rondo he better get something for Ray. -

Don't you agree that Rondo was a man on a mission with his jump shot tonight? -

Doc has always told Rondo to shoot more,,he just was'nt listening...before if he missed 2 or 3 in a row, he would stop shooting altogether... -

Posted by breaktimeIf we can beat the Knicks we can beat the Rockets, Sixers, and Blazers. The first step is to beat the Knicks in our own building.
