This is what I mean. Rondo holds onto the ball until about 7 seconds is left on the shot clock...he dribbles off a pick and makes a bad pass for a turnover.

I like Rondo, but the ball needs to be in other guys hands more often. Also, why are we not giving the ball to JG (who was hot earlier)?

Why is Bass starting?  No points and rebounds in 14 minutes.  Green had eight points. Isn't he playing well enough where Doc should have him starting? Bass would be better off the bench.  This team is so stuck in the past it is not funny. Start Green maybe he can help take off some pressure from Pierce.
Agreed.... I also notice that Lee is not nearly as effective when he plays with Rondo... same is true of Terry... just saying.... I think Doc needs to think out of the box but I dont think he has the b a l l s
In lieu of a big trade in January, Doc does need to shake  things up. Unfortunately, 9 times out of 10, Doc will only tweak things.

Lets face it..Doc was gifted a title by the Big 3.. he just held into their coattails and rode it home..

He always lost then one day... all of a sudden, he became a great coach??

Nobody gets "gifted" a title.  Your  odds obviously improve when you've got great players, but keeping  them on the same page, dealing with different personalities, getting role players to understand what they have to do, improvising, like going small when we were down 20+ to the lakers in Game 4 of  2008 finals, that's stuff Doc did that year.

I've got my problems with Doc,  principally being he's so slow to change things or think out of the box,  but he  didn't  get  gifted a title.

Can we start Sullinger over Bass now? Whenever he is on the court, he is more effective than Bass.

he was a coach of the year before he came to Boston.  He's developed Rondo, BBD, Mike Miller, Perk,Delonte. etc.  by all measures, the Celtics with injuries and age the last few years were predicted to go nowhere and have gone to the ECF against the eventual champions, won a title, and lost in game 7 of the finals.   Last two years he did it when Danny made DUMB GM moves. He hired Hayter, then Thibbs, the Frank - all great coaches.  yet you think he's just riding coattails?  He pulls teams together from beginning of the season to the end, hires and promotes assistants, develops players, and just wins......but you guys think he should be fired.   we win by 15 and you think he's not a good coach?

Incredible.  when the team comes together at the end of this year like it does every year so far, you'll go quiet again.

Stop rewriting history.  The success was Dick Hayter who put the system in place and made work by KG and his intensity.   Thibbs was a darn good defensive coach, but he wasn't the innovator.  Doc and Danny when after Hayter to get it all started.

You're so full of it.. since when did I go quiet before???

Since when did DOc develop BBD??? He was rotting on the bench and only AFTER KG went down with his knee did the basketball world realize BBD was pretty good...  Doc did this?? LOL

Im also glad you admit Doc created Rondo///

You're blind if you think Doc was the reason we won the title and got to the finals again etc etc...  No coach has that success without the players...NONE  and nobody can really state how much credit anyone gets.... and its funny how Doc just wins... after KG & Ray got here..

Finally, are you saying becuase we're beating the Timberwolves by 15.. that makes Doc a great coach?? Man youre off the deep end
