Rondo sucks.

He can't shoot and he can't defend and he hogs the ball and he throws it away all the time.
Rondo Rocks! he gets triple double's all the time and plays with terrible players.
Rondo is ranked 32nd in the league in PER among point guards.

Last year, before he got hurt, Rondo was ranked 14th.

Last year, with Pierce and Garnett, we lost the last 7 games Rondo started.

The last game Rondo started before getting hurt, we dropped a 30+ point lead to the Hawks... and lost.

No doubt another massad-did-it plot to keep the haters hating.

Nobody will want him because he'll refuse to sign with them...he knows out there will be some desperate, sucker GM trying to save his job who will be willing to give this guy a max contract which he does not deserve, selling his fan base and ownership that this is a guy they can build around (sound familiar)....when it becomes very obvious that he is playing out his contract and the trade deadline passes next year, things will turn ugly on a dime....in fact, Rondo will end the year in street clothes being told to stay home because he's a poison in the locker room and they don't want the young guys exposed to his bad attitude...and he'll move on to another NBA town choking on an underserved max contract, assits records that lead nowhere and his very oversized ego...

Yes, Rondon't does truly suck. Its not hard to imagine how much better the C's would have been had they a well rounded, mentally stable, team first PG when RONDOn't was fighting with 3-HOFers and his coach all the time during his first few years. Rondon't is THE most overrated player in the league, which we can benefit from on draft day. Rondon't is a mentally weak player who will never lead the C's properly. Bye bye Gondo! You really do suck. Rondo having triple doubles in losing efforts dont mean ShyHt To anyone but his goofey little azz. Such a weird little freak.

Assists, the most over rated stat in sports. Give the ball to a guy and he hits a 25ft jump shot, assist, great play. Rondo has the ball in his hands more than the 4 other guys combined. We were a better team and more fun to watch when Jordon Crawford was our point guard.  I pray Fierce is right and a draft day trade takes place, so Rondo can pound the ball for some other team.

Crawford would pound the ball for the entire shot clock and then chuck the 25 footer himself. Or 30.

yeah, if only it were really that black and white..... why don't all PG's get as many assists as Rondo if it's so easy? PG's usually have the ball in their hands the vast majority of the time, this isn't unique for Rondo.
well, it IS that black and white- all PG"s do not hog the ball like rondo because nearly all of them are fluent FT shooters and not hogging the ball so that they DO NOT receive the ball back on the natural swing of the ball for an open shot.  rondo's last three years in the league have been all about minimizing his personal need to take action scoring the ball by driving the lane (could have to shoot FT's) or putting himself in a position where he would have to take a nice easy open shot.

if you strangle the shot clock down to almost zero there is no time to drive the lane and no time for the ball to swing back your way.  oh, it also makes you turnover prone to hog the ball so much, always holding it for too long and your offense becomes boring and predictable.

Its a shame that lame, unskilled coach Doc allowed Rondo to become this monster... there might have been a chance to remedy alot of his flaws had the C's hired a more experienced, more knowledgable and intelligent coach. Unfortunately, Doc couldnt even learn on the job in his virtual entry level assignment with the C's/..

As soon as Thibs started getting alot of  the credit, he hushed him up to the media..

The one thing Doc did well is pretend he knew what he was doing... Once THibs (the real coach) and then KG (the next real coach) left, Doc scrattered like a roach when the lights go on.. abandoned the C's and fled to LA, where he felt sure he could drag coach KG with him... didnt work out.. watch as the Clippers melt down in the playoffs unless someone like CP tells DOc to shut up & pay attention... and takes over the show

Rondo's defining moment was when Mike Gorman asked him about hogging the ball.

    Talk about awkward.
