Re: Green starting to feel comfortable

Tommy Heinsohn was going nuts last night about Green's talents. He is very athletic and he has excellent basketball skills. That's a good combo. He does have a few weaknesses and that's passing and rebounding and in that order. He's an average rebounder for his size or maybe even slightly under average @ 5.6 per game. His scoring and defensive skills are very impressive. For 6'9 he's very fast and agile. His athleticism reminds me a little of a younger T.Mac. He's not the shooter or quite as good as an offensive player, but he's kinda a younger "poor man's T.Mac." I mean that as a compliment as T.Mac is a former NBA scoring leader and was unstoppable in his prime.

Well, at least he got the perfect name for the Cs if nothing else!

Hopefully Green can keep his momentum against the Bucks tonight who have a very poor bench.  With Baby Davis down, everyone is raving about green coming off the bench now even though Davis is a sixth man of the year award candidate.  Green could burst into the picture if he continues his play, but it might be too late because he joined the C's so late.
