Grizzlies Punch Spurs In The Grill!!

Well, they really did. If not for that miracle shot by Neal two days ago, it would've been over in 5 games. Its gotta hurt too. Hopes had to be sky high in San Antonio - not sure anyone saw a first round exit coming. Guess the Grizz knew what they were doing when they tanked their way into the 8 seed. Looked like the Spurs just ran out of gas.

Great for the Lake Show, it gives us home court throughout the western conference playoffs.

Probably the last shot fired by Tim Duncan, a great player and the greatest PF of his generation. Took a 'nothing' franchise and won 4 championships with them. The only team to push the Lakers for Team of the Decade', the Spurs became legit with Duncan there so good luck big fella and enjoy the summer break.

    RESPECT

    Well,
it is simple. The 2011 Spurs with an undersized Blair as Center are built for the RS (like the Mavericks of last years) and they just match up badly with the Grizzlies. PO basketball has nothing to do with the amount of wins in the RS but with match ups and adjustments. Didn't help that Ginobili was out in the first game. That game gave a lot of confidence to Vancouver.

My respect to Duncan, who is really a shadow of his former self and Ginobili the warrior. Looks like KG has left more in the tank than Duncan.

Outch, that might be the reason why it is common to say "small market teams"Laughing I really wish you Lakers Fans would be as precise with your past and the amount of titles you`ve won in LA like your are in this caseWink

yea a nothing franchise with David Robinson.  Who BTW happened to be hurt the year before Duncan arrived.  We have already seen the last shot fired bye the Fake Show.  I don't think the Fake Show really would want any part of the Grizz.  It won't be long and you will be gone from this site, just like when the Fakers lose. Poof he is gone.
