It seems to me that we are extremely strong at the 3/4/5 positions for depth now (Murphy, Baby, Green, Oneal's, Krstic), but at the 1/2 position we're pretty thin.  I like Delonte, but he's had his injury issues, and he's really our only reliable guy off the bench, for both positions.  I know in the playoffs we'll probably only have an 8-9 man rotation, but I'd feel more confident with some more Guard depth.  Other than TJ Ford, are there any good options out there? 

Not sure but I feel that Ford could run the offense well and he may not be the best shooter but would be able to play backup point for us...hopefully we can get him
