Dont think it means all that much.. they're the champs, everyone gunning for them and they still have the best record in the east...
Although I do root for and enjoy each loss they rack up

I always like to see the Heat lose. They have a very poor road record this year. Not that it really means very much this early in the season. Can't wait to attend the game against Miami on January 27th. The Celtics at home have a great chance of winning this game.

+ 100The Heat lose on the road because at home they get every call.
LeBron walks every single time he has the ball, but it is never called.

Ray Allen lost that game for the Heat.
1. Failed to box out Batum in the last 2:36 to allow the Blazers to cut the lead to 1.
2. Missed a crucial FT that would have given the Heat a 4-point lead with 1:05 remaining.
3. Allowed Matthews to shoot a 3 in his face with 26.9 secs. remaining.
4. Missed potential game winning shot with 10.4 secs. remaining.
The first in the right direction for the Celtics was when Ray and JO left.

WallaceNBA_ESPN Chalmers on missing last 3-pter. "Sitting last 3 mins of 3rd, then all of 4th & come in the last 10 secs, it's tough."
You have Ray to blame for that, Mario!

There are dozens of videos showing how he travels all the time and the refs do nothing, nada.
It's really pathetic when you think about it. His entire legacy is being built on traveling in every play.

Yeah they lost but that is a very good young athletic team in Portland... -

They weren't that good or athletic when they played us. Frankly, most of the time I watch them I think they are a slightly below average nba team, and well below average in the west.

they kind of remind me of the Bulls when Jordan first returned. prior to the second repeat when Rodman joined them. Rodman an elite rebounder made them solid on th boards. prior to that they were killed by Orlando and Shaq. (jordan of course was a bit rusty that year but still.) -

They have Lebron who really is the best player in the league... but Wayne past 30 and losing some of his speed. He doesn't have size at his postion like say Kobe Bryant so he can't adjust his game. Bosh is well Bosh.
They are still dangerous but I think vulnerable.

Nice read. I noticed that too. They way to beat the Heat is to go at Ray every single time.
He still a very good offensive player, but Ray is terrible on the defensive end these days. -

Stop this Ray bashing!
Ray had a solid game with 15 points 5-11 from the field, 2-5 from three land and 5 boards and a +2 in the plusminus. How many games like that did Terry gave us this year. And Ray is twice the defender now then Terry ever was.
James was -9 (6-16 fg, 1-5 from three land and 2-5 fts) and Wade was -13 (6-18 ). That was the major reason they lost. The other reason is that Bosh forgot how to rebound in the last weeks (4 last night - less than Ray). The latter is one of Miami's biggest problems this season.

The West is weak. bunch of cream puffs. Miami and Boston are still miles above any of those teams. Boston is successful against the Heat because Boston limits their fast breaks. Miami has a tough time playing half court offense. -
