    Houston Trade Any Day Now?

The C's were the only team sniffing around Houston and Asik.  The pieces work.  There is absoutely no benefit for either team to wait for the trade deadline.  Houston will want to incorporate new players into their system asap for their playoff run.  Each new piece in Danny's rebuilding plan lets him reset strategy and focus on the the next pieces before the draft.

I'm feeling a blockbuster trade next week.

Get er done Danny.  Pull that trigger!!!

That is not a blockbuster trade you are feeling! It is "gas" from another late night run to Taco Bell!

Feel free to pull that trigger anytime - no need to wait!

It can happen to the best of us!

As it turns out YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!

But as it turns out, the built up of gas, (which was ceremoniously released) was from watching Rondo's last performance.  and boy did it stink!

Second game back form major knee surgery, what did you expect? You did watch D-Rose return right? Better to judge him in two or three months.

btw Houston no longer needs a power forward. Terrance Jones has stepped in and is doing well for them.

The Houston Trade is NOT Any Day Now, here's why:  Houston hasn't received any good offers yet.  The only known, confirmed, offer is the Brandon Bass one.  Houston thinks, by waiting until the trade deadline, that if a contending team needs a big man (perhaps due to injury) than Asik may suddenly fill that void, and allow them to remain a contender.

The wildcard here is Bynum.  Methinks Bynum would be a more economical solution for an interim big man.  Dying to see what happens to him once he clears waivers.

Is this a joke?  Asik is not the center on a championship team.  No way, not even close. I've seen him play and he looks like a bum half the time.  This is borderline insane to think that Asik is part of the winning formula.

Shoulda pulled the trigger before he hit the floor again. 0-10 last 10 games Rondo played in. Quite a streak. C's win only game Rondo sits out since return, Quite a coincidence.
