Right now Crawford looks better than Rondo.

He doesn't hold the ball for 20 seconds looking for an assist.

And he can shoot and make free throws.  And he's bigger too.

    BINGO

bring rondo back to this team and watch the team lose multiple games in a row because of the CHEMISTRY CHANGE

rondo does not have to be a ball killer, a tempo staller.  it's the opposite of his skill set but he decided to do things that way to avoid shooting jumpers, free throws and looking as if he was obsolete after passing the ball off and then going to the corner and doing nothing.

rondo has reached his apex as a pro and last year was the down side of the curve- hurting everyone else (save pierce and KG for touches, but yes they had to work harder in the stalled out offense too) to make himself look good.  i've honestly seen enough of that.  get rondo back, pretend he's important, showcase and trade him.

in the alternate universe where rondo returns and puts up 20 games of knockout hustle ball on D and O and shoots 75% free throws and is canning jumpers, then keep him.  but i really think that's another world that is no longer available thanks to how danny and doc "developed" Frown rondo

If rondo peaked, it was during the series with chicago the year KG got hurt.  That was the best he's ever played, I think.

LOL.  First Brooks, then Oly, then Fav, were the next saviors... now Crawford is an all star caliber PG... these knee-jerk reactions are too funny.  Wondering if you all still want to trade Green now that he has actually played a few games, is leading the team in scoring and hit the clutch shot against Miami?
